Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The revocation period is fourteen days from the date,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a unit;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your declaration of withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:
- Goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive,
- Goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. individually planned pitched roofs, special cuts, specially configured insulation systems).
