You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a page is accessed, the web server automatically saves a server log file (e.g. name of the requested file, IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred and requesting provider). The services for hosting and displaying the website are (partly) provided by service providers as part of order processing. 1.4 Content Delivery Network (CDN)
To shorten loading times and increase security, we use a content delivery network (CDN) from the provider Cloudflare, Inc, 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
The content of our website is delivered via Cloudflare servers. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a fast and secure provision of our online offer). Processing may take place outside the EU/EEA; the cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR. An order processing contract exists.

3. dispatch processing
In order to fulfill the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR), we pass on data to shipping service providers/fulfillment companies commissioned with the delivery (drop shipping, if applicable). With consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR), we transmit e-mail/telephone to the service provider for shipping notification.

4. payment processing
4.1 Transactions
Depending on the payment method, we transmit data required for processing to technical service providers/credit institutions/payment services (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR). In some cases, payment services collect data independently. The data protection notices of the respective providers apply (e.g. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, Klarna, Sofort, Amazon Pay, American Express, Mastercard, VISA).
4.2 Fraud prevention & process optimization

4.3 Identity & credit checks (Klarna)

4.5 Collection
In the event of outstanding claims, we transmit data to the commissioned debt collection service provider Verband der Vereine Creditreform e. V. to enforce our claims (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR).

5.1 E-mail newsletter with registration and newsletter tracking
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data required for this or separately provided by you to regularly send you our email newsletter based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time – either via a link provided for this purpose in every email or
by sending a message to the above-mentioned contact option.
